The Ontario Chief Medical Officer of Health has approved the gradual re-opening of services provided by Regulated Health Professionals including Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists, and Doctors of Naturopathic Medicine. Each regulatory college has specific requirements and procedural guidelines for a gradual re-opening.  This may produce restrictions and limited availability but we will do everything possible to be able to help and assist your health needs as soon as possible.

Office Hours for the Next While

Dr. Green is in the office on Mon, Wed, and Fri from 8am to 1pm

Dr. Super is in the office on Tues and Thurs from 10am to 5pm, and Friday from 1-4

Office Procedures

Please note that our office staff, doctors, and therapists have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure that we can provide a safe and healthy environment for your visit to our clinic.  Please help us by following physical distancing rules; washing or sanitizing your hands upon entering/exiting, and using our contact-less payment and receipt system. Appropriate PPE will be worn by staff during treatment and may be required by patients dependent on service rendered. Please ask if you have any specific questions.

Do NOT present for your appointment if you have: 

• Fever
• New or worsening cough
• Shortness of breath
• Other Flu-like symptoms
• Been in contact with person(s) who have tested positive for COVID-19 in last 14 days

What We’re Doing to Stay Safe

• Face masks are worn by all staff in the office at all times.
• All treatment beds, equipment, electronic devices, doorknobs, and other contact surfaces will be disinfected after every use.
• Our waiting area has been arranged for physical distancing and patient appointments have been staggered to try and reduce the number of people in the office at one time.
• We are washing our hands between seeing every patient.
• The buildings cleaning staff are cleaning surfaces regularly.

How You Can Help Stay Safe

• Complete the screening checklist upon entering the office.
• Avoid bringing companions to your appointment unless necessary.
• Wear a surgical face-mask to to your appointment.
• Wash your hands in the washroom before your appointment.
• We encourage contactless payment, please tap with your card, we will email the receipt to you.
